Back-office services

The following constitute our back-office services:

  • high-availability, active-active back-office transactional environment;
  • proactive monitoring and response;
  • administrative and terminal management portal;
  • merchant portal (currently only available in Australia);
  • developer portal for managing API keys, development and testing of software, publishing of software into the managed app repository;
  • managed app repository (“app store”);
  • certification maintenance.

These services are generally offered via our acquiring or processing partner.
