In Australia, ANZ Bank markets the Payment Blade as ANZ BladePay™. They are using the Payment Blade to transform the way customers interact with POS technology. ANZ BladePay™ has an open architecture, together with an API library, which means that POS developers can simply customise existing software or build entirely new apps. Ten POS vendors already have their apps running on ANZ BladePay™, and others are encouraged to participate.
