Before accepting the device from the courier, confirm the shipment has not been tampered with.
  1. Confirm the box is intact
  2. Confirm the tamper evident seal on the Product box is intact
  3. Confirm the tamper evident seal number corresponds to the sms recieved
  4. Confirm the device serial number corresponds to the sms recieved
In the event that tampering of the shipment is suspected, please refer to the P2PE Instruction Manual for thumbzup Solutions
The process of returning a device to thumbzup Innvotions for Repair is summarized as follows:
  1. Submit a Device Return enquiry
  2. Supply relevant details when support team contacts you
  3. Receive shipping instructions
  4. Confirm collection arrangements with courier company
